Terms of Use
By purchasing, using, or handling this CorkLift™ (“Product”), you (“User”) acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with the Terms of Use, do not use the Product.
Intended Use
This product is intended for the removal of a cork from a standard wine bottle. Auxiliary features include the church key for opening standard crown caps, and WingerNails™, which can be used to open standard can tabs. Only use this Product as directed. Any other use, including but not limited to: prying, cutting, or use on a non-standard container, constitutes misuse. This Product is not intended for use on mushroom corks or pressurized bottles. This Product is intended for adults ages 21 or older. Please keep out of reach of children and pets.
User Responsibility
The User assumes full responsibility for proper and safe use of the Product. The user is responsible for following all instructions, warnings, and common safety practices while using the Product. The User is responsible for inspecting the Product for damage or defect before use. If the Product is damaged or defective, discontinue use immediately and contact us at Warranty@CorkLift.com.
Assumption of Risk
Use of this Product involves inherent risk. These risks include, but are not limited to: cuts, puncture wounds, broken glass, or other injuries. By using this Product, the User voluntarily assumes all risk associated with use of this Product.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the seller, manufacturer, distributor, and their affiliates shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or other damages, including but not limited to: personal injury, property damage, loss of contents, or economic loss arising from the use, misuse, or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Care and Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Moisture and humidity may cause rust or corrosion. Routinely clean the Product with a damp towel or sponge. Do not use the dishwasher or fully submerge in liquid. Always dry the Product thoroughly before storing. Avoid storing the Product in an environment susceptible to extreme temperatures (near an oven/stove, in a garage, etc.). The Product is intended to be cased or sheathed during storage to avoid accidental or incidental injury or damage.
